Terms of service and disclaimer
Draft for the closed pilot, not yet reviewed by a lawyer (version 2026-10-22). Agridomo is a remote-farming platform: Land Providers offer plots of their land, Remote Farmers rent them and follow the crop remotely, Field Operators and other professionals do the work that cannot be automated.
Closed pilot
Access is by invitation: accounts are created by the platform administrator. Features may change during the pilot and the service may be interrupted for maintenance.
A plot loan is not a lease of land
Renting a plot is a service subscription between the Remote Farmer and the Land Provider, accepted by both. It gives no ownership, possession or real-estate right over the land. The Land Provider declares under their own responsibility that they own the land or have a legal right to offer it.
Duration, notice and withdrawal
Each loan has a duration chosen within the limits set by the Land Provider and ends on its own at the end date; it can be renewed within the plot's maximum duration. The Remote Farmer can withdraw with the notice period shown on the plot; the Land Provider can end it at any time. Amounts already paid are not refunded.
No guaranteed yield
Weather, pests and biological variability mean the harvest is never guaranteed. Sensors, automations and reference ranges reduce risk but do not remove it; the reference ranges shown are indicative and do not replace an agronomist.
Remote control and automations
Commands to irrigation, shading and other actuators are sent to the farm's hardware. The user is responsible for the rules they create; the platform shows the state confirmed by the device and never invents it. Remote control depends on the plot's service level and on the hardware actually installed.
Cameras
Where a farm has cameras, each Remote Farmer only sees the crop of their own plot. The Land Provider confirms the regions on the full image and must report any wrong crop; a report hides all images of that calibration.
Professionals and credits
Field Operators, Crop Advisors, System Integrators and Farm Data Specialists are independent professionals: the platform puts them in contact and records the engagements, it does not employ them. Engagements are paid in credits; during the pilot credits are assigned by the administrator and there is no online payment. Working-hour limits applied to operators are prudent values, not legal advice.
Plans
The functions available depend on the plan of the farm or of the user. Plan changes and cancellations are requested in the Subscription page and approved manually.
Personal kit
Owners of an Agridomo kit use the platform on their own space; it is never offered to others and the manual work is up to them.
Liability
Within the limits allowed by law, the platform is not liable for crop losses, hardware failures or decisions taken on the basis of data and indications shown in the platform.
