Privacy policy
Draft for the closed pilot, not yet reviewed by a lawyer (version 2026-10-22). It describes what Agridomo actually processes today.
Data controller
The pilot is run by Bruno Ragucci, who acts as data controller. Contact: the address given in the pilot invitation.
Account data
Email, name and phone (optional), password stored only as a hash, preferred language, acceptance of these documents with date and version, notification preferences.
Farm and land data
For Land Providers: farm name, VAT number and address (optional), fields with region, approximate coordinates and drawn boundary, the declaration of ownership or legal right, plots, crops, hardware, stock, team members. Precise coordinates are never shown to the public.
Loan and activity data
Loan requests and contracts, messages between the parties, the plot diary (notes, interventions, crop stages, alarms), tasks, harvest deliveries (including the delivery address you give), engagements of professionals, credits and plan requests, feedback you send.
Sensor data, commands and images
Readings from sensors and weather stations, commands to actuators and their confirmations, automation rules. Camera images are cropped per plot: a Remote Farmer only ever receives the crop of their own plot, the full image is seen only by the farm's staff for calibration. After two days one image per day is kept.
Why
To provide the service you asked for (contract), to keep the platform secure (legitimate interest: security log of logins and sensitive actions), and to meet legal obligations.
Who sees what
The Land Provider and their team see their farm's data; a Remote Farmer sees their plot only for the period of their loan, and only their own contracts and messages; a professional with an accepted engagement sees the plots it covers but not contracts or messages; the administrator manages accounts and plans, not farming data.
Processors and transfers
The pilot runs on servers managed directly by the controller in Italy. No data is sold, used for advertising or sent to AI providers. Email notifications are switched off during the pilot.
Retention
Data is kept while the account exists. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed and the account is pseudonymised: contracts and the farm's history stay with the other party without your name, your messages and notes lose their text, your delivery address is erased. The security log is kept by the administrator.
Your rights
You can download all your data from Profile › Your data, correct it, and delete your account yourself. You can also ask the controller for restriction or objection, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
