// systems engineering — safety-critical
Senior embedded systems engineer for safety-critical domains — from the BSP to the infrastructure.
Yocto/BSP, embedded development, DevOps and Linux sysadmin: following a product end to end, from the build system to what ships.
I championed Yocto as the build system for my team's product line and have worked with it for roughly three years: customizing layers and recipes, tightening dependency and cache management, and cutting build times by 30-40% along the way. I maintain the toolchain for my team and mentor junior engineers who now support the OS build day to day.
Systems engineering on safety-critical software in the rail domain, with earlier exposure to aerospace and defence under DO-178B and MIL-498. Hands-on embedded development in C/C++ across RTOS platforms (VxWorks, FreeRTOS, ChibiOS), including corrective and evolutive maintenance on the DIS (Driver Information System).
The infrastructure behind the product: Yocto-driven CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker), Linux kernel and driver debugging with gdb, strace and perf, and day-to-day server administration. These skills go hand in hand with Yocto and make it possible to follow a product end to end.

A distributed, modular rule engine for real-time telemetry across cloud and edge: independent nodes on an internal event bus, with multi-tenant isolation.
